PIRTEK, the nation’s leading provider for on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement is hiring for the position of Operations Administrator. This position is for the PIRTEK Peachtree Franchise location.  We are a small business looking for someone eager to bring their knowledge and expertise, learn how we do things, recommend improvements/efficiencies, integrate into our growing team, and help us evolve into a more successful enterprise.

Job Description:

The Operations Administrator must have a wide variety of skills to effectively and efficiently accomplish tasks, customer service, dispatching work, supporting the operations team, supporting the office team, inventory and warehouse demands, and any other requirements that may arise.      

Responsibilities:

·         Answering and documenting phone calls from customers.
·         Entering jobs into the company software system and processing the work orders.
·         Assisting with dispatch management and coordination.
·         Coordinating and communicating about the jobs with our team and the customers.
·         Assisting with and managing inventory.
·         Conduct clerical duties, including filing, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
·         Maintains records, documentation, and files.
·         Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·         Excellent Customer Service Experience
·         Strong Communication Skills to include full understanding of English, spelling, grammar, etc. (bilingual in Spanish is desired)
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Particularly Word and Excel
·         Familiarity with Computer-based dispatching software
·         Customer Service Experience
·         Strong Multi-Tasking Abilities
·         2-3 years of Dispatching, Customer Service, and Warehouse Experience
·         Associates Degree in Business or Related Field Preferred
